Stuffed & Inflatable Camelephant
This project was a collaboration with Julita Przybylska for the class Inflatables and Soft Sculpture at CMU.
The goal of this project was develop a deeper understanding of sewing patterns by combining two stuffed animal patterns and then increasing the scale of said patterns to create an inflatable hybrid animal.
Stuffed animal created by hand cutting and stitching primarily cotton fabrics.
Inflatable created by digitizing and scaling the flat pattern then laser cutting and stitching from coated ripstop nylon.
